Monday afternoon begins the Newport Vintage Dance Week. Most of the day is taken up with Registration (pictures of which are sadly lacking) and moving into one's dorm room. Monday evening is the time of the Welcome Dance, where everyone gets together, to do some informal dancing, meet the weeks' instructors and find out more about what they will be teaching.
