The Seaside Tea Dance and
The Formal Tea

Don your favorite chappeaux and join your ancestors by immortalizing your profile through the
magical images of the silhouette portrait. We are happy to announce that Deborah O’Connor will be joining us again this year. Due to
popular demand she will once again be available for sittings at two events this year!
It was amazing to watch the person and costuming emerge from a simple square of black paper, all through the swift
snippets of Deborah's scissors and the sensitivity of her artist's eye. Some examples of her work from last year are shown above.

Given the elaborate details she is able to incorporate into the silhouettes, we are planning 15 minutes per person to create
a double set of portraits. In order to maximize the number of subjects at each event, an appointment sign up sheet will be posted
early in the week. Two silhouettes are created simultaneously; you may purchase the favorite of the two for $30, and the second for an
additional $15 if desired. A limited number of special mats and frames will also be available.
