Dance like Marriane Dashwood or Colonel Brandon in an evening of lively country dances and elegant figured waltzes. Expert teaching and prompting from Antonia Pugliese will have everyone enjoying themselves on the dance floor. We will serve delicious refreshments and there will be a chance to socialize and make new friends during the intermission – just watch out for Mr. Willoughby. He’s a bit of a cad. This ball is perfect for beginners.

Historically accurate clothing from 1795-1815 will be much admired, but it is not required. Modern clothes or thrift store finds that are evocative of the period are also appropriate.
